Tank has extremely slow leveling speed due to low damage output. You will need party members to clear content efficiently. Only choose Tank if you have friends to play with or plan to join an active guild.

Stat Allocation

70% DEF

30% STR

Defense has diminishing returns, so you need some Strength to maintain threat generation. Pure Defense tanks deal no damage and lose aggro to DPS players.

Best Runes

Goliath

Increases defense and generates threat. Essential for tanking.

Iron Skin

Damage reduction cooldown. Use before big boss attacks.

Consider Other Classes

Unless you have a dedicated group, we recommend starting with a DPS class.
